Day Three of Previews!

     

WELCOME to Day THREE of the

Your Next Stamp's MAY 2021 Previews!!

We are showcasing the all new May stamp and dies all this week with 

a Instagram Hop on Thursday!

For my Second Day Peek, I am using the new stamp set called 

Tea Time Shaker and the Matching Shaker Dies! 

Can You say LOVE!

I stamped the images onto Copic paper and coloured them with Copic markers. Next, I cut them out using their matching dies.

For the TEAPOT tag I cut out a cardstock tag and a patterned paper tag from the Cool Tag Six Set. 

Then I cut out the teapot using the new Shaker die, added some vellum, and filled it with some little beads. Next I cut a tag from the Cute Holiday Tags Die Set and stamped the To/From and the little birds and added some twine.

For the TEACUP tag I cut out some cardstock (2 x's) using the Cool Tag Six Set and glue them together making a thicker tag. Then I stamped the little hearts in the background on it. The teacup is made from the shaker die and cardstock and then I used some acetate to create a little window. I put in some sequins and closed it up to create the shaker and applied it to the tag. Then I stamped the To/From onto the tag, coloured the little roses and attached them and finished it off with some twine.

WELCOME to Day TWO of the

We are showcasing the all new May stamp and dies all this week with 

a Instagram Hop on Thursday!

For my Sneak Peek, I am using the new stamp set called 

Home Stretch!! Along with this gorgeous set I am also using the brand new

 Mini Slim Stitched Panel Dies!

Can I tell you I absolutely LOVE these!! 

Slimline cards are really fun to make!

I stamped the image onto Nina White paper and coloured it with Copic markers. Next, I highlighted some of the parts with Novo glitter markers and a White Gel pen. Then I masked the image and used Distress Oxide inks to create a background. Next, I used the slim line dies cut the rectangle out and mounted it on some plain cardstock and a base. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment.

Scraps of Fun!

     

Good Morning And Welcome to a 

Challenge Day

from Your Next Stamp!

Today we are challenging you to 

USE YOUR SCRAPS!

If you are anything like me you probably have a HUGE amount of scraps from all your projects. This is a really nice way to use up some of those scraps and get an awesome final product!

I LOVE using YNS paper on all my cards and I covet it like you wouldn't believe. SO all the little pieces and scraps I tuck back into the paper pads for another time. So, today is the day! 

I used a cardstock base and then layered different papers from the:

Birthday Boy, Geometrics, and Holiday Joy Paper Pads and cut it out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. 

Then I cut out the HAPPY three times and glued the layers together creating a more 3D effect and added a sentiment from the Happy everything set.

Lastly, I added some bling with Gumdrops!

Good Morning And Welcome to a 

Spotlight Series

from Your Next Stamp!

In each day of the Spotlight Series we are showcasing a different

Stamp Set!

Today I will be showing you: Cook Up Some Fun!

This cute little stamp set is perfect for Birthdays or any kind of celebrations and can be masculine or feminine! Today I went with a more masculine coloured card because those are harder for me to make!

I stamped the little chef onto some Nina Cardstock and coloured him with Copic markers. I then fussy cut him out (but there are matching dies!) and popped him up with some foam tape. For the base of the card I used coloured cardstock and paper from the Winter Plaid Collection. (Its back in stock!!!)

Then I cut a white textured circle with the Circle Dies (with Stitching and piercing marks) and layered it over the plaid paper. Lastly, I put on the chef, added a sentiment and some gumdrops!

Spring Smiles at Your Next Stamp!

    

Good Morning!

Today is a brand new Challenge Day!

It is all about a new Sketch..and here it is!

For my card today , I am using the stamp set called Spring Smiles.

Since Spring is finally here I thought this would be a good choice for this card!

I started by cutting some patterned papers from the Geometrics Paper Pad in the design of the sketch along with some cardstock. Then I stamped the envelope with the flowers onto some Copic cardstock and coloured it with my Copic markers and did a bit of highlighting in white. I cut it out with the matching dies and then finished it with a sentiment from the same stamp set and some gumdrops.

Folding Fun at YNS!

    

Good Morning!

Today is my day to showcase my creation for our

Fun Fold Series!

That being said when I started this I had NO idea what kind of card to do so I went to Pinterest for some ideas and I saw what is called a "Z" fold card. I thought it was really neat and would be perfect for my chosen stamp set called Scratch Pad.

I started by stamping the cats onto some Copic paper and colouring them with Copic markers. Then I fussy cut cut them out but this set also has the matching dies.

I cut the card, scored it and then covered it with papers from the Summer Plaid Paper Pad. Then I heat embossed the sentiment, added some Gumdrops and a little heart!

Th card actually lays flat but you can open it so it reveals a space in which you can write! It also will stand up on its own which I liked.

Sunshine and Smiles Today!

   

Good Morning!

Today is a brand new Challenge Day!

It is all about Sunshine and Smiles!

The set I am using is called Happy Gnomies and it is perfect for this challenge!

The Gnomes are so cheerful and make me happy!

I started by stamping the image onto some Copic cardstock, masking it and doing a Distress background in a purple. Then I took the masking off and coloured it with my Copic markers and did a bit of highlighting in white. I cut it out i a circle shape and put it on a cardstock circle card. Lastly, I added some yellow gumdrops!
