January Release at YNS

Welcome to my 

second day for the 

January New Release and Spotlight 2022!

YNS released a brand new collection of stamps and dies last week and here are my creations with the amazing new products!

For my first card I am using the new Sloffee stamp set and matching dies! I started by stamping the Sloth and colouring him with my Copic markers and then cutting it out with the dies. Then I used the NEW Whimsy Heart Stencil and created a background using ink and embossing paste. Next, I cut out the heart string using the String Heart Die, embossed the sentiment, and added some Gumdrops.

For this card I used the brand new Hot Cocoa Cutie Stamp Set and paired it with some papers from the Crazy for Coffee Paper Pad.

I started out by stamping the coffee cup coloured it with Copic Markers. Then I stamped the sentiment in pink and layered everything on top of the patterned papers and card base.

January Release at YNS

Welcome to my

first day for the 

January New Release and Spotlight 2022!

YNS released a brand new collection of stamps and dies last week and here are my creations with the amazing new products!

For my first card I am using the new Hammie I Heart you stamp set and matching dies! I started by stamping the Hammie and colouring him with my Copic markers and then cutting it out with the dies. Then I used the puffy cloud stencil and created a background sky and adhered it onto a die cut I made using the cute scalloped rectangle dies. Then I random stamped the hearts from the Hammie set for a background card and put the rectangle on top. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment and wrapped some twine around it.

For this card I used the brand new Sprinkled With Love set and paired it with the

  mini slimline sprinkles panel die!

I started out by stamping the three images onto some circles I cut with the circle dies and coloured them with Copic Markers. Then I out them on top of a panel I cut out using the mini slimline die and then stamped and added the sentiment.

Seasons Challenge at YNS!

Good Morning And Welcome to a 

Challenge Day

from Your Next Stamp!

Today we are having a 

"SEASONS" CHALLENGE!

That means use one of the four seasons to inspire you!

My thoughts for this challenge were....Summer.....Weddings!

Although "weddings" is not a season,  the traditional month that is thought of for weddings is summer. (Even though through this pandemic everyone has had to do multiple postponing!)

I started off by stamping the cake image from the Lifetime of Happiness Stamp set onto some Copic paper and coloured it using Copic markers. Then I cut it out using the matching dies.

I folded some Kraft cardstock for a base and then added some paper form the Winter Plaid Paper Pad and added a border using the Scallop Heart Edge Die.

Then I added the cake image on with some foam tape and stamped the sentiment.

Photo Inspiration Challenge!

Challenge Day

from Your Next Stamp!

Today we are having a 

PHOTO INSPIRATION CHALLENGE!

and here is the photo:

Since this is a picture of books I thought more along the lines of what to use with books...hence a bookmark. So, I created a corner bookmark for you!

These are so much fun to make and I was inspired by so many videos on YouTube on how to make them. Its basically just origami!

I started by folding the 6x6 piece of paper (the videos were all 5x5 papers but I wanted to make mine a bit bigger!) and then added a second triangle in cardstock to the front. Then I stamped the butterfly (from the Beautiful Butterflies Set) onto some Copic paper and coloured dit with Copic markers and used the die to cut it out. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in black olive ink and purple and added some gumdrops!

This is how it slips onto your book or notebook!

Winter Wonderland IG Hop!

Good Morning And Welcome to my

Blog Post for our 

Winter Wonderland

 Instagram Hop!

Today we are having a Instagram Hop and this Hop starts at 11am EST!

For this Challenge I decided to use one of our beautiful new stencils called: Snow Flurries

I started by using ink through the stencil with a stencil brush and then putting a layer of clear texture paste on it. Then I sprinkled some Prisma Glitter over top of the whole thing and left it to dry. When it was dry I adhered it to some cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment (from the Magical Winter Wishes set). lastly, I added some glitter tape and Gumdrops!

All about Pets at YNS!

Good Morning And Welcome to a 

Challenge Day

from Your Next Stamp!

Today we are all about PETS!

We have always had a dog as a pet and I thought this little dog would be perfect for this Challenge! It comes from the Paw-liday Pups Set!

I started by using the new Paw Print Stencil and some Distress ink to create a background on the cream coloured paper. Then I stamped the little dog onto some Copic paper and coloured it with Copic markers.

Lastly, I stamped the sentiment with Versafine and adhered everything onto some textured cardstock.

Magical Winter at YNS!

Welcome to my Individual Day 

Christmas Release and Spotlight 2021!

Today I am showcasing the 

Magical Winter Wishes Stamp and Die Set

I started by using the Snowball Stencil and used some Distress ink on it. Then I used the Distress Crackle to give it some shine and texture. I made some hills using the Double Pierced Hills Die Set and added some little trees from the Skating Rink Scene Die Set. Lastly, I stamped the snowman and sleigh and coloured everything with Copic markers.
