Rose water colour

 Good Morning!

On the weekends that it is not raining I am really enjoying water colouring on the dock at our cottage.

I just set up my chair and relax by the water. A LONG needed break after a trying week at work!

Todays card features an older wood block stamp from Hero Arts called Antique Rose and it is one of my favourite flower impressions.

I used Fabriano cold pressed 140lb  water color paper and stamped the image twice using Versafine ink. Then I watercoloured the flowers using Daniel Smith watercolor paints as well as some white guache for the splatters. I cut it out using a die and mounted it onto some cardstock. I finished it off with one of the sentiments from Tim Holtz- Label Stickers and some gems from Pretty Pink Posh.

Thanks for looking!

Have a great Monday!

Sue
