Bingo Challenge

It is National Scrapbook Day and my hubby is out of town.......
SO I had some time today to do some crafts!

I am submitting to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Bingo Challenge
and my Bingo Card line is:
Twine, Spring Buttons, Critter

I cant tell you how much I love this new stamp set!! It is from a newly released kit and is called Magical Friends. I stamped the image using the KK black ink and coloured it with Copic markers. Then I cut out the image using a domed die, added the button and twine and stamped the sentiment using KK ink. Lastly, I  mounted it onto the textured cardstock.

Happy Scrapping or Cardmaking!!

Happy National Scrapbook Day!

Happy National Scrapbook Day Everyone!
Although I have been PACKING my scrapbooking stuff for a Girls weekend,
next weekend...today I was playing around with cardmaking!

I recently bought the new Magical Friends Kit from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and
I have been dying to play with it!
The set came with a stamp set, textured cardstock and new mini ink cubes.

KK is having a Bingo Challenge today so I went with:
Glitter, Flowers, Die, Sentiment and Ink

I stamped the image out with the new KK ink, then die cut it and coloured it with my Copic markers. Then added some Nuvo glitter pen on top of the Copics, added the ribbon, flowers and sentiment.

Have a wonderful day and Happy Scrapping!

Happy Days at Ninabrook!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Ninabrook is a fantastic online store filled with tons of Papercrafting supplies and run by some wonderful Canadian gals!
So, of course I was thrilled when they asked me to be a part of their Design Team!

This month it was a bit like Christmas when I was sent a goody bag filled with papers and embellishments from Echo Park and Fancy Pants!

Don't you just love the vibrant colours?

When seeing these summer-like papers I really wanted to create some happy projects!
Lets face it, I have had it with the snow and cold weather!!

I am SO excited to debut my first creations for the Ninabrook DT!

SO, how about a little treat box?

I created a carton out of some of the papers and added a cute paperclip to which I
added a cactus ephemera on!
The tag was cut out of the patterned paper and stamped thank you on it. The patterned papers were layered on the front and I added the circle and heart die cuts.

In this card, I layered patterned papers over coloured cardstock and added embellishments.
The flag was cut from patterned paper as well and the wheel was backed with some too.

Look at this little paper clip!
I tucked the little flamingo behind some grass I die cut (Die from Your Next Stamp) and layered it on top of patterned papers.

These papers I cut from a die I had and rounded the corners on the card. Then I bumped up the little flamingo die cut and added Hello and some twine. (Close to My Heart)

Additional Ninabrook Supplies Used:

Thank you for taking the time to look!
Want to get the papers and embellishments I used?
Go to NINABROOK and shop for all the supplies.
Have a wonderful day!

Its about the Gratitude today!

Here at YNS we are challenged each month to create something new using a specific theme!
For the month of  APRIL our Design Team Dare is: Gratitude!

I fell in love with the new Stamp set called Unicorns Rock from this months release and decided to use this little unicorn with a perfect gratitude saying!

I stamped the image using the Black Olive Ink from YNS and coloured it with Copic Markers.
I then cut out sparkly paper and layers using our Stitched Square Frame Die.

Go to the YNS Blog to see what the other DT's have made for you,
comment and you could win a stamp set of your choice!

Have a wonderful day!,
