Sunday Morning Card

It's quite unusual for us to have a free weekend so I took advantage of this time and created a card!

I recently found this Tim Holtz stamp set including the dies and an embossing folder at Michaels and I was able to use my coupon so it was a great deal! I wanted some of the Crazy Dogs but not all of them so this set is perfect for me!

I paired the set with one of my favourite new releases form Your Next Stamp called 

WhatNot Sentiments 11. I started by stamping the image with YNS Black Olive Ink onto Distress Watercolor Paper and then colouring the images with Zig Clean Color Markers.

New Sketch and Colour Challenge at YNS!

Welcome to a wonderful Friday at Your Next Stamp!

Its a great week and we

have another  Colour and Sketch Challenge starting today!

Here is my card I made using the Beary Special stamp and I used both the colour and the sketch pattern for my design. 

I also used the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the Summer Plaid on my project.

I stamped the background in Black Olive premium ink and then coloured the image using Copic markers.

YNS Feature Day!

Good Morning and Welcome to our February Feature Day!

This months the Design Team will be featuring the theme around:

WINTER WARM UP!

Thinking of one of my favourite stamp sets from YNS I knew it would be great for this theme!

It is called

Hot Cocoa Phoebe!

I stamped Phoebe with Black Olive Ink onto Distress watercolor paper and then used my Zig Clean Color markers to colour her in! I then heat embossed the saying onto black cardstock and layered everything onto some plaid papers from the 

Winter Plaid Paper Pack.
