NO Background and Texture Paper????

This weeks Challenge from Meljens is one in which you cannot use any B & T papers (background and texture or patterened paper)

So, if I can't use patterned....why not go GLITTER!

This image is called: Daisy Butterflies from Meljens and I coloured the image using Copic markers. The Glitter paper is from DCWV and the cardstock is from S/U. The ribbon is from Michals.

DT Day with SUE

Another great DT Day with Meljens today! I am blessed to be a part of this wonderful team and I thought I would share my latest creation with you.

A friend of mine recently had twin boys and I gave her this card with her shower gifts. It was perfect because of the twin aspect and the bunnies are so cute!

This card I made into an easel card so that when it is opened you can stand it up! I  used the image "Cuddle Baby Buddies" from Meljens and coloured it with Copic markers. The cardstock is from S/U and the papers are from My Minds Eye and Simple Stories and the Chevron ribbon is from CTMH.

YNS July Sketch Challenge!

It is the middle of July...can you believe it? Where has the time gone? I have decided to stay busy and create a new card for the July Sketch Challenge happening over at YNS!

I used cardstock from CTMH and patterned papers from LilyBeeDesigns. The corrugated cardboard is by DCWV and the flower is by BoBunny.

 The stamps are by Your Next Stamp and they are called " Surprise! and Awesome Journal Words".

Bookworm Challenge!

Today we are using a book as inspiration in our newest Challenge from Meljen Designs!

I thought I would do something different today so I  used an album I had and covered it with paper from S/U. I coloured this cute image called "Bookgirl" from Meljens using my Copic markers and added a doily and embellishments.

This will make a cute mini album for my pictures now!

CTMH Sneak Peek #5 and #6 and #7

Ok, so here is another Sneak Peek!
#5- We are getting a whole bunch of kits! Cardmakers will be in LOVE with our precut kits!There are even treat bag kits and more! And of course the WOTGs!


#6- We are getting Fundmentals Paper pack in ALL the colours now!
Cardstock that has clear embossing on one side and a pattern on the other!

#7- Embossing Powders are BACK! We will now carry 4 colours! This will be great for Christmas cards...I am very excited! (And the heat embossing gun is back as well)

Button it Up Challenge!

Today we are having a "Button it Up" Challenge over at Meljens!

This adorable image is called "Golden Playtime" and I coloured the image with Copics. The Kraft c/s is from CTMH which I used a background stamp from S/U. The other paper is from S/U and I used my Spellbinders around the image. The buttons are from my horde!
